Please do not send pictures of groups of people as they will not be processed. See guide example below:

Please note the following:

  • the picture should be straight
  • no sunglasses, masks or other similar items
  • the subject must be 18 or over, pictures of minors will not be processed without written consent of a parent/guardian
  • pictures taken with a camera phone &/or using a mirror will not be processed
  • low resolution/distorted pictures will not be processed
  • only 1 picture per person will be processed free of charge

 

Important!

Before uploading, please ensure that your picture fits the following criteria:

  • Your picture must be at least 3 Mega Pixels (check your camera for this)
  • The picture must contain one subject only
  • For best results, the subject should be looking at the camera

Once you've uploaded the files, it will take us 3/5 working days to return your picture.
